Minworth is a smaller community than most of its neighbours, sitting between Walmley and Water Orton along the Kingsbury Road. The residential streets off Forge Lane and Wiggins Hill Road have a mix of older cottages, 1950s and 60s semis, and newer estate developments built on former light-industrial land.
