On arrival we check operating pressure, controls and any fault codes, and ask about any symptoms you've noticed such as noise, short-cycling or poor hot water.
We remove the boiler casing, inspect and clean the burner, heat exchanger and electrodes, check seals and condensate, and verify combustion with a calibrated flue gas analyser.
We test gas pressure and tightness, expansion vessel charge, safety devices and water quality, topping up inhibitor where required to protect the system.
You receive a written service record or CP12 certificate by email or hard copy, with clear notes on anything that needs attention now or at the next service.
